Sex, seduction, sensuality, desire, intimacy and pleasure -- so often these are neglected, even negated by our beliefs and practices. Yet they can also drive our quest to become more fully realized as human beings. How can we bring our attention to this knowledge contained within each of us—with honesty, clear eyes and an open mind?

The Insight Institute is a private educational organization which offers a direct, integral, and empirical approach to the art of sensuality. We are not attached to any particular dogma or system of belief, preferring to remain grounded in the individual’s sensory experience. Our approach is, essentially, that:

- there are essential truths that can only be apprehended and communicated in a spirit of play and pleasure.
- in sensuality, as in other spheres of human experience, to give is to receive, manifold.

Our workshops provide:
